Frequently asked questions

Should we choose 2-wire or IP video intercom?

Start with the cable. Existing two-core cable points to a 2-wire kit; new buildings or available network cable point to IP. Four-core cable and AHD can be cost-effective for retrofits. Distance, building layout and app requirements decide the final kit.

What can you customize for OEM / ODM projects?

Logo, housing colour, firmware UI, packaging and documentation are handled with our manufacturing partners. Tooling, minimum order quantity and firmware scope depend on the model, so confirm them before sampling.

What documents and support come with an order?

Orders include datasheets, wiring diagrams and packing lists. We support wiring, platform setup and commissioning remotely in English or Chinese. Test reports and certificates depend on the model; request them during selection.
