JANOVA is an export-focused supplier of access control, time attendance, turnstiles and video intercom. We work with vetted manufacturing partners in China and support projects across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South Asia.

Our starting point is the site, not the catalogue: how many doors, how many people at peak, what cable already exists, whether the gate is indoor or exposed, and which platform the integrator already uses. From there we build a configuration that fits.

One point of contact covers selection, sample testing, documentation, packing and after-sales follow-up. That is what makes a project repeatable for a distributor and predictable for an installer.

How we work

01 Supply model

We are a supplier and project support team, not a factory. Products are manufactured by vetted partners in China and selected for the target market, the installation environment and the integrator’s platform. This keeps the range broad without pretending that one factory makes every device.

02 Quality documentation

Each order can include model-specific datasheets, wiring diagrams, declarations and test reports where the manufacturing partner provides them. Certificate availability is confirmed per model and per order; we do not claim that every product carries every certification.

03 Project support

Before shipment we help check lane layout, terminal height, controller topology, power and network. After shipment we support wiring checks, platform setup and commissioning questions by email or WhatsApp, in English or Chinese.

04 Commercial terms

MOQ, lead time, packing, warranty and payment terms are confirmed in the quotation. Mixed orders across categories are possible so a distributor can consolidate a project into one shipment.
