The platform is normally deployed on a local server and accessed from a browser on the same network. Cloud or remote access can be designed separately; confirm the requirement before deployment.

Which devices are compatible?

Compatibility depends on the device family and firmware. Provide the terminal, controller and turnstile models so we can check the supported list before delivery.

Can we import staff from Excel?

Yes, bulk import is supported with a template for department, position, work number, name, gender, phone, card number and validity date. Photos are imported as image references.

Does it support multiple administrators?

Role-based accounts can be created with separate menu and operation permissions, and operation logs record changes. Confirm the roles required by the property or security team.
