TM-AI26 is the compact option in the AI face family. It stores 5,000 faces, 5,000 cards and 5,000 passwords, recognises in about 0.2 seconds with a quoted accuracy of 99.7%, and supports a recognition distance of 0.5–2.5 m. The 2.8-inch touch keypad keeps the unit small enough for narrow door frames.
A 2 MP colour camera and 2 MP infrared camera provide live detection, with wide dynamic range for strong light, dark corridors and backlit doors. The terminal offers lock output, doorbell output and Wiegand output, plus TCP/IP, USB and Wi-Fi. It can run as a standalone access terminal or connect to local and cloud software.
Typical applications include small offices, clinics, gyms, serviced apartments and back-of-house doors. If the site needs QR codes, a larger screen or outdoor IP66 protection, choose the SW-HA or TM-AI08FW models instead. Confirm the door lock type and power location before installation.

Selection table — match the terminal to the entrance
| Entrance condition | Recommended configuration |
|---|---|
| High-traffic office lobby | 8-inch face terminal, 50,000-face capacity, Wiegand/relay to the lane controller |
| Covered outdoor gate | IP66 terminal with sunshade and dual-camera live detection |
| Visitor-heavy entrance | Face + QR + ID-card terminal with a platform visitor workflow |

| Existing card controller | Use the face terminal as a Wiegand reader; keep the existing controller |
Installation table — what to check before handover
| Item | Typical setting |
|---|---|
| Mounting height | 1.4–1.5 m to the camera for adults; lower for children or wheelchair users |
| Power | DC 12 V at the door; share with the lock only if the supply is sized for both |
| Network | Ethernet to a switch; fixed IP if the platform requires it |
| Outputs | Wiegand or relay; confirm the controller format and lock current |
| Light | Avoid direct sun and strong backlight; add a sunshade where needed |
| Enrolment | Use standard photos and test with real users before rollout |
