HA-MCR45-32 is a contactless reader for 13.56 MHz Mifare credentials. It follows the ISO 14443A standard, reads at a maximum distance of 6.4 cm and outputs Wiegand data to an access controller. An internal buzzer and LED confirm a valid read, which helps at doors where the controller is out of sight.
The reader uses hidden tamper-resistant mounting screws, so the front cover cannot be removed with common tools. It is a good match for PRO3000 and CD8000 controllers, and for projects that use Mifare cards, fobs or compatible mobile credentials. Confirm the card sector format and Wiegand output format with the controller supplier.
Typical installations include office doors, hotel staff areas, server rooms, apartment lobbies and campus buildings. The reader is not a standalone access device; it needs a controller or an intercom with a Wiegand input. For standalone doors, compare the MC-D410 series.
